Taught in Italian

In this course students will gain an appreciation for Italian culture through the analyses of short stories, newspaper articles, films, and plays. Students will continue to build on the work done in Italian 2, striving for a higher level of sophistication and fluency in writing, reading, and speaking.Course Requirements

Five hours per week. Mandatory attendance. Weekly quizzes, midterm, writing assignments, one oral presentation, and a final exam.

Prerequisites

Italian 2 or consent of instructor.
